Scoped to deliverables
Each engagement has defined deliverables and outcomes, agreed up front.
IT leadership and hands-on delivery, scoped to the outcomes you need.
PPT Strategies helps businesses grow through sound IT practices and IT-enabled business transformation.
We lead with virtual CIO and CDIO services: the executive-level direction a growing business needs without a full-time hire. Behind that leadership is hands-on delivery, including project leadership, software implementation, solutions design, identity, and Microsoft 365.
Engagements are scoped to specific deliverables and outcomes, so you know what you are getting and what success looks like.
None of the three works alone. A good system fails without people ready to use it, and good people stall without a process that supports them.
Change lands when the people affected understand it and have a say in it. We plan for adoption from the start.
Defined ways of working turn a one-time project into a lasting improvement and keep IT decisions tied to business goals.
Tools are chosen and configured to serve the people and processes around them, not the reverse.
Each engagement has defined deliverables and outcomes, agreed up front.
The team that sets the direction also helps carry it out, so plans do not get lost in hand-offs.
We start with what the business needs to achieve, not with technology for its own sake.
Recommendations are based on fit for your business, not on which products we prefer.
Andrew is a technology and digital transformation leader who helps growing, complex organizations turn IT into a practical engine for scale, resilience, and better customer outcomes. His work spans technology strategy, operating-model design, enterprise architecture, M&A integration, digital products, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, data, and governance.
Before founding PPT Strategies, he led global IT for a private-equity-backed life sciences company through a period of rapid growth: scaling technology across a global footprint, leading IT through a series of acquisitions and integrations, building a multi-year transformation roadmap, and launching the company's first customer-facing e-commerce platform. Earlier roles include CIO, ERP consulting and project leadership, and enterprise systems.
Today, as virtual CIO, he advises executive teams and leads technology strategy, future-state architecture, and modernization for growth, working closely with CEOs, CFOs, boards, and operating leaders. He brings an operator's perspective: thoughtful strategy matters, but so do priorities, governance, budgets, adoption, and finishing the work required to realize its value.
Andrew holds an MS in Information Management from Syracuse University and a JD from Suffolk University Law School.
